Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mustafa Fragrances, every bottle is handled with care and crafted to offer a luxurious olfactory experience. We understand that perfume is personal, but due to hygiene standards and product sensitivity, we have a strict policy in place to ensure fairness for all customers.

🧴 Eligible Returns

We only accept returns on unused and unopened items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, sealed packaging with all labels and wrapping intact

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to our error

Once received and inspected, eligible items may be returned for store credit or a refund (excluding shipping fees).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance:

  • Opened or used perfumes (even if only tested)

  • Samples or discovery sets

  • Items purchased as final sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items

🛠️ Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong product:

  1. Contact us at ShopMustafaFragrances@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s)

  3. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund based on your situation

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns are processed as follows:

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping)

  • Store Credit: Issued as a digital gift card or discount code

Please allow 5–10 business days from receipt of return for processing.

🌍 International Orders

We are unable to accept returns on international orders due to customs, handling, and safety restrictions.
